You can order online, by post or on the telephone. The office isn’t always attended, but if you leave a message we will call you back as soon as we can.

If you’re not sure you will have enough yarn to complete your project, we are happy to keep some of that batch aside for you for three months. We can assist you to assess the suitability of our yarns for your pattern, or help calculating the number of balls required. Just drop us an email via the contact page.

Since computer monitors may not faithfully reproduce colours accurately, we will send out small swatches of yarn on request.

Online payment may be made by PayPal™, cheque or internet transfer to our bank account. We post your order once funds have cleared in our bank account. Please make cheques payable to Town End Yarns.

If you are wondering why you haven’t heard from us, or where an email order is, do check your spam or junk folders as sometimes our replies and emails get lost there.

Postage is free for orders over £100.

We send UK orders by Royal Mail 1st class or Hermes Parcel and international parcels by Royal Mail International Standard.  We charge a flat rate for P&P which covers the cost of small orders.

We can only supply printed copies of patterns from other designers, but you may purchase paper copies or pdf downloads of our own patterns.  The download is available after completing your order on the Checkout page.  You can also access it via the link on the Order Completion email.
