Orders over £100 are shipped free to the UK. Otherwise, we charge a fixed rate for delivery, which is the cost of sending a small parcel. We use Royal Mail services. We will refund the cost of your original purchase (excluding delivery charges) once we have received the goods.  You may want to send the items by tracked and/or Signed-for service as we can not be responsible for items lost in transit.  If you need to return an item due to a fault, please contact us.
