Orders over £100 are shipped free to the UK. Otherwise, we charge a fixed rate for delivery, which is the cost of sending a small parcel. We use Royal Mail services. These charges will depend on the country we are delivering to, the value of the item and whether it is a gift or commercial goods.  f you wish to return unwanted items, please post them back to us, unused, and with their original packaging within 28 days.  Please include details of your original order or where you purchased the item.  We can only refund or exchange items purchased directly from us. We will refund the cost of your original purchase (excluding delivery charges) once we have received the goods.  You may want to send the items by tracked and/or Signed-for service as we can not be responsible for items lost in transit.  If you need to return an item due to a fault, please contact us.
