You can order online, by post or on the telephone. The office isn’t attended, but if you leave a message I will call you back as soon as I can.

If you’re not sure you will have enough yarn to complete your project, I am happy to keep some of that batch aside for you for three months. I will assist you to assess the suitability of my yarns for your pattern, or help calculating the number of balls required. Just drop me an email via the contact page.

Since computer monitors may not faithfully reproduce colours accurately, I will send out small swatches of yarn on request.

Payment may be made by bank transfer in GBP to our bank account. I post your order once funds have cleared in my bank account. You may also send a payment via Paypal to info@TownEnd Yarns.co.uk, or email me for a Paypal invoice.  I no longer offer payment by Paypal on the website as I have no protection against fraudulent use of Paypal accounts.

If you are wondering why you haven’t heard from me or where an email order is, do check your spam or junk folders as sometimes replies and emails get lost there.

Postage is free for orders over £100 within the UK only.

I send UK orders by Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class and international parcels by Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked & Signed for.  I charge a flat rate for P&P which covers the cost of small parcels.  I post out orders at least threee times a week.

If you would me to ball your yarn from hanks for you, please make a note of this on your order.
