This classic cardigan features a structured slipped-stitch pattern and neat set-in sleeves. Sizes range from 31″ to 50″.
SIZES: To fit bust 1(31) 2(34) 3(36) 4(38) 5(40) 6(42) 7(44) 8(46) 9(48) 10(50) inches. The cardigan is designed for a neat fit.
GAUGE: On 3mm needles, 26sts and 40 rows to 4″ in Deco pattern.
YARN: Approximately 1(950) 2(980) 3(1150) 4(1100) 5(1150) 6(1200) 7(1250) 8(1300) 9(1350) 10(1400) yards of a light sportweight, heavy 4 ply or very light DK yarn that knits to gauge. The fabric should be worked quite densely to allow the slipped stitch pattern to retain definition.
NEEDLES: 80cm 3mm circular needle for working body & sleeves. Spare 3mm needle (60 or 80cm) for working fronts. 2 x 2mm circular needles for picking up stitches (circular or dpns). 2.75mm circular needles (or dpns) for working sleeve caps and neck edging.
NOTIONS: spare circular needles and waste yarn for holding stitches. Stitch markers. Six buttons. Six transparent half-inch button snaps. One yard of grosgrain ribbon or linen tape (1.5 to 2″ wide) for button band lining and matching cotton thread.
Orders over £100 are shipped free to the UK. Otherwise, we charge a fixed rate for delivery, which is the cost of sending a small parcel. We use Royal Mail services. If you require express delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Orders are generally posted the next working day.
From 1 July 2021, orders to the EU are sent by us 'Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU)'. You may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee in the receiving country. These charges will depend on the country we are delivering to, the value of the item and whether it is a gift or commercial goods.
f you wish to return unwanted items, please post them back to us, unused, and with their original packaging within 28 days. Please include details of your original order or where you purchased the item. We can only refund or exchange items purchased directly from us. We will refund the cost of your original purchase (excluding delivery charges) once we have received the goods. You may want to send the items by tracked and/or Signed-for service as we can not be responsible for items lost in transit.
